The Hardest Part

The hardest part of looking for a job is not finding the right job, it’s thinking that you found the right job, interviewing for it (twice, or was it three times?), and then finding out you didn’t get the job.  THAT is tough!

I would imagine that it really isn’t easier on the other side of the table because you hit it off with someone more than the other person but that second person has a skill set that you desperately need in the team.  Reluctantly, you must choose the second person instead of the first.

So, I’ll keep looking but it is, needless to say, getting extremely disheartening to do so.  My husband is an excellent support system however so that helps a great deal, even if he didn’t hear the interview and how well I got along with the interviewer.
